Movavi VideoSuite has a simple feature of previewing files that were added to the list.
To play the file:
1. Select the file as shown on the image below:
2. Select Playback > Play or click 
To stop playing the movie:

To jump to the beginning of the movie:
--OR--
--OR--
To jump to the end of the movie:
--OR--
--OR--
To jump to the next frame of the movie:
--OR--
--OR--
To jump to the previous frame of the movie:
--OR--
--OR--
You can also jump to any frame dragging the timeline slider.
You can Capture frames from your video movie. Choose the frame you need, press the Stop button
and choose:

To turn on/off sound while playback:

You can preview your movie in the Full Screen mode. To turn on the Full Screen mode, select Playback > Full Screen or press F4 on your keyboard.
To exit the Full Screen mode, click the mouse button or press ESC on your keyboard.
