Movavi VideoSuite :: Convert Video/DVD :: Working :: Converting for iPod |
This section describes in detail how to use Movavi VideoSuite to convert your video files to the iPod compatible format and import them to your iPod.
Press +Video or +DVD buttons to add the files you want to convert.
Note:
if you can not find a file, from the "Files of Type" drop-down menu choose "All formats". If the file still doesn't appear, this means the program does not support the file format.
If you want to convert only a part of your video file, determine the fragment by moving the right and left markers of the seek slider. (Read more)
Choose the Easy mode to set an output format by clicking 
From the Output format drop-down menu choose 'iPod video, 320*240 (.mp4)' or 'iPod 5G, 640*480 (.mp4)'.
Choose the folder into which to save converted videos and DVDs. (Read more)
Press the Convert button to convert your video.
To transfer converted video to your iPod:
Attach your iPod to your computer and synch the iPod with iTunes.
To play the movie on your iPod, select "Videos" then "Movies" from the iPod Main Menu. Movies will be listed here alphabetically. Click on the desired movie to play.
