The Blur filter smoothes the edges of low bandwidth movies. It eliminates also the excessive high-frequency noise that appears when using digital zoom or after enlarging small-size clips.

To apply the filter:
Select the Filters tab:
Double click the icon of the filter:
OR
Retaining the icon of the filter, drag and drop it into the Preview area.
To adjust the filter settings:
Select the filter's name in the Applied filters pane.
In the filter settings pane, drag the Blur slider. Higher values provide higher blur level. To return to the default values, click Defaults.
