The Deblocking filter removes the block-like artifacts from low-quality, highly compressed videos or videos that were decompressed or ripped from DVDs. It greatly increases the overall quality of video.

Select the Filters tab:
Double click the icon of the filter:

Retaining the icon of the filter, drag and drop it into the Preview area.
