The Diffuse effect makes video look less focused. It moves pixels randomly according to the specified settings.

To apply the effect:
Select the Effects tab:
Double click the icon of the effec:
OR
Retaining the icon of the effect, drag and drop it into the Preview area.
To adjust the effect settings:
Select the effect's name in the Applied filters pane.
In the filter settings pane, drag the slider to adjust the shuffle distance for pixels.
To return to the default values, click Defaults.
