The Menu bar contains basic commands for enhancing your movie.

File
New Project - creates a new video project.
Open Project... - opens the selected video project.
Save Project - saves the current video project.
Save Project As... - saves the current video project under the specified name.
Project Settings - opens the Project Settings dialog window.
Import Media - allows the user to open video, audio and graphic files, capture video, record audio, capture a screencast and download online video. To perform any of these actions, select a necessary command from the Import Media list.
Export Project - allows the user to save edited video as a video file on the computer, for a mobile device or burn to a CD/DVD or save the current video frame as an image.To perform any of these actions, select a necessary command from the Export Project list.
Recently Opened Files - displays a list or recently opened media files and video projects.
Exit - exits the Movie Editor module.

Edit
Undo - cancels the last action.
Redo - repeats the last undone action.
Cut - cuts a clip selected in the Timeline panel.
Copy - copies a clip selected in the Timeline panel.
Paste - pastes a previously cut or copied clip into the defined place in the Timeline panel.
Delete - deletes the selected clip.
Set Left Marker - sets the left marker on the selected clip.
Set Right Marker - sets the right marker on the selected clip.
Split Clip - splits the selected clip.
Crop Clip - crops the selected clip.
Adjust Speed... - allows the user to define the speed of the edited video reproducing.
Adjust Volume... - allows the user to define the volume for the edited video.
Add Titles... - allows the user to add titles onto the edited video.
Detect Scenes - allows the user to detect scenes in the added clip.
Create Slideshow... - creates a slideshow out of added graphic files.
Preferences... - allows the user to define the module preferences.

Playback
Play/Stop - starts/stops playback of the selected clip.
Go to Next Frame - jumps to the next frame.
Go to Previous Frame - jumps to the previous frame.
Jump to Beginning - jumps to the beginning of the selected clip.
Jump to End - jumps to the end of the selected clip.
Full Screen - enables full-screen playback.

View
Status bar - displays/hides the status bar of the main window.

Help
Help Topics - opens the Help section.
Buy Now! - opens Movavi website to purchase Movavi VideoSuite online.
Activate Software... - opens Activation Wizard to activate Movavi VideoSuite upon purchasing a license.
Movavi VideoSuite Online... - opens Movavi VideoSuite homepage.
Check for Updates... - checks whether a new version of Movavi VideoSuite is available.
About Movavi VideoSuite... - displays a version number and the registration information.
