Movavi Video Suite :: Movie Editor :: Working :: Adding video files

To start editing video, you should first add a video file to the Movie Editor module. Movavi Video Suite supports all popular video formats, including the newest ones: M2T, MTS, MKV, and VRO.

To add a video to be edited:

  1. Click the Open Media File button in the Import area or select File > Import Media > Open Media File... and browse to a necessary video file. The selected file will be added to the Media area on the Edit pane.
  2. Drag the file from the Edit area to the video section of the Timeline panel to proceed to its editing.
