Working :: Extracting audio from online video
|
Beside downloading online video and saving it in video formats,
you can extract audio from online video or flash video stored
locally and save it in one of the most popular audio formats: MP3,
WAV, WMA, AAC and OGG.
To extract audio from a flash video:
- Select a flash video in the List of opened files. Note
that the Download Online Video module supports batch
converting: you can select a number of files from which you
want to extract audio. In this case the module will download the
specified files and process them one by one. To perform batch
converting, select check boxes next to corresponding entries in the
list. You can also use the Shift and Ctrl keys for
multiple selection.
- In the Output directory field specify the location where
an output audio file should be stored.
- In the Output format and Presets fields specify a
necessary format of an output audio file and define its presets.

- As soon as you have set the required data, click
or select the Convert... command from the File menu
to start extracting audio. The file(s) will first be downloaded
from the specified location(s), and then converted.
- You can abort extracting audio at any moment of time by
clicking
.
- When extracting audio is finished, output audio files will be
saved into the specified folder in the selected audio format.
