Movavi VideoSuite :: Quick start

Movavi VideoSuite Quick Start gives you a brief overview of how to start using Movavi VideoSuite fast and effectively.

At the program launch, the main window of Movavi VideoSuite appears:



Decide on your goal and choose among the displayed modules. (To learn more about a specific module of Movavi VideoSuite, press a corresponding button on the picture.

The modules are self-sufficient what makes them very easy-to-use. Their main features are described below.


Convert Video/DVD
The module converts video from one format to another; rips DVDs; converts video and DVD for iPod, Zune, PDA, PSP, mobile phones; saves frames from your movies as picture files; extracts soundtracks from your favorite blockbusters. The module also allows adding a watermark on your video, cropping video and applying different visual effects to it.
Capture Video
This module allows to capture videos from your mini-DV camera and save them on the computer as DV-AVI files. You can also capture video from your web cam and save it on the computer in the AVI format.
Download Online Video
This module allows you to download video from the most popular video sharing sites and save it in any video format, for mobile device or extract audio from your video.
Edit Video
The video enhancement module provides a range of means to improve the quality of your video clips, to repair damaged video or to add amazing artistic effects. Using the Edit Video module, you can add video to Timeline panel, apply different filters and visual effects to it, lay audio over your video, split video into clips automatically or manually, cut out unnecessary elements and insert dramatic transitions between clips to make your video unique and captivating. You can also save/convert edited video in one of the most popular video formats and save it for different mobile devices.
Split Video
The video trimming and splitting module allows to cut a video clip or split files into fragments. The unique video trimming technology lets to split MPEG and AVI files without recompression.
Create CD/DVD
The module allows to create and burn video and audio CDs and DVDs, clone, copy and back up DVDs, create data CDs and DVDs, create DVD menus, edit video before burning, add chapters, burn DVDs to NTSC or PAL system, save video as video_ts.vob files. With its help you can also create widescreen video DVDs and watch them on your home theater.
