The Operation buttons allow you to perform the following operations with your video:

Button	Function
	Sets the left limit of the clip selected in the Timeline panel. Read Splitting and Cutting video to get more information.
	Sets the right limit of the clip selected in the Timeline panel. Read Splitting and Cutting video to get more information.
	Splits the selected clip fragement into two parts. Read Splitting and Cutting video to get more information.
	Cuts the selected fragement out of the clip. Read Splitting and Cutting video to get more information.
