How to take a screenshot
If you contact support about a problem, attaching a screenshot will allow us to solve your problem faster. Follow the steps below to take a screenshot with the standard tools:
Step 1:
Press the Prt Scr key on your keyboard. It's located on the top row right after the F keys.To take a screenshot of just one window, click the window that you want to capture. Then hold down Alt and press Prt Sc.
