How to apply the mascara effect to a portrait
Step 1: Choose Mascara from the Eyes section on the right-hand panel.
Step 2: Set brush size and color intensity. Make sure that the brush diameter is slightly larger than eyelash length. Then paint along the eyelid to color in the lashes.
Use the Eraser 
to remove excess color from the surrounding areas.

Step 3: Click Apply to save the changes. To discard the changes, click Reset.
