Hardware acceleration
If your computer is equipped with an Intel® HD Graphics chip, the output videos can be saved much faster by sharing the workload between the processor and the graphics clip, boosting processing speed up to 400%.
Supported codecs
You can use Intel acceleration when saving videos using the H.264 and MPEG-2 codecs.
Enabling Intel acceleration
1. Open the Settings menu and click Preferences.
2. In the Preferences window, select the Enable Intel hardware acceleration option.
3. Click OK to accept the changes.
Troubleshooting
If the acceleration option is unavailable it may mean one of the following:

Your computer is not equipped with an Intel HD Graphics chip

The Intel HD Graphics chip is not recognized because the driver is out of date. To fix this, you can download and install the driver from the manufacturer's website. You can find the newest version at the official Intel website here: Intel Download Center
