How to take a screenshot
If you contact support about a problem, attaching a screenshot will allow us to solve your problem faster. Follow the steps below to take a screenshot with the standard tools:
Step 1: Press the Prt Scr key on your keyboard. It's located on the top row right after the F keys.
To take a screenshot of just the active window, press Alt+Prt Scr
Step 2: Open Paint or any other image editing program and press Ctrl+V to paste the screenshot. Then, trim the screenshot if you only want to show a part of the screen.
Step 3: Save the screenshot to a folder where you can easily find it.
Step 4: Attach this screenshot to the e-mail, chat, or support form when you describe your problem to our support team.
