Taking a snapshot
To save a single frame from the video:

Click Play on the video's thumbnail in the list to view the original file.

Move to the frame you want to save in the player window and click Take a Snapshot.

A File Explorer window will open. Choose where you want to save the snapshot and click Save.
The snapshot will be saved with the original video's size and quality.
