Frequently Asked Questions
Why can't I add my 360° files?
For some cameras, you need to use the software that came with your camera to convert the video before it can be viewed or edited in other applications. If you aren't sure how to do this, please check your camera's user manual.
Why is the resolution so low?
To create an immersive 360° video, the video frame must be stretched to 360 degrees around the viewer. To create this effect, the video resolution must be very large. Even if your camera shoots video in 4K, a resolution that would be very sharp and clear on a normal screen, the video quality will appear much lower once it is stretched to 360 degrees. Try increasing the resolution in project settings if your original videos have a resolution above 2160x1080 pixels.
Titles or overlays disappeared after adding
When you edit titles, callouts, and overlays, you see them in equirectangular mode, meaning that the entire scene of your 360° video is made to fit into the player so that you could easily position the objects in the video. When you finish editing, the player switches back to 360° mode, where you see only a part of the video, like you would in a player. Click and drag your mouse inside the player to move around the scene until you find the objects you've added.
The program is slow
Most 360° cameras shoot video in a very high resolution to create the spherical effect. High resolutions require more processing power than normal video, especially over 4K. Try closing other software that you aren't using.
A watermark appears on my video
All videos saved in the trial version have a watermark on them. To remove it, buy an activation key and enter it into the program, then save the video again without the watermark.
