How to collect logs
Providing your log files when you contact support can help us solve your problem faster. The logs contain the program's actions for some period of time, as well as important error reports and descriptions. The log files do not contain any personal information. To locate the issue, collect logs and send them to technical support.
1. Right-click the program shortcut on your desktop and select Open File location menu.
2. Manually find AcademicLog .CMD file.
3. Launch that file - this will launch the program - and try reproducing the issue.
4. If the problem still arises, please download log collector utility: https://cdn.movavi.com/dl/support/get_movavi_logs.exe
5. Launch utility and wait for the process to finish.
6. After the process is finished please send movavi_logs.7z file to our Support Center.
7. The folder with this file will appear after you close utility window.
