Choosing a format for devices
If you are planning to watch some videos on your device, convert them first to save space and make sure that they can be opened with the built-in player.
Step 1: Click the Devices tab in the lower half of the window.
Step 2: Use the arrows to scroll through the list and find your device's manufacturer.
Step 3: Click on the manufacturer to open the list of devices. Choose your device model from the list. Now, the output format, resolution and other parameters have been set to what's best for this device.
If you cannot find your device in the list, try choosing a preset for a similar model.
