Saving a snapshot
To save a single frame from the video:
Step 1: Click the Play button on the video's thumbnail in the list to view the original file.
Step 2: In the player window, move to the frame you want to save and click the Take a Snapshot button.
Step 3: A Explorer window will open. Choose where you want to save the snapshot and click Save.
The snapshot will be saved with the original video's size and quality.
